Avocado Pudding in 3 Lovely Ways

Avacado, Banana, Coconut, Cacao pudding with Hazelnut, Manuka Honey, chia seeds and fresh Strawberries. A high amount of vitamin E in addition to B complex vitamins, Magnesium and Iron.

Ingredients for 4 small portions:

  • 1 big Avocado (100g) - 160 kcal, 8.53g carbohydrates, 2g Protein, 14.66g Fat
  • 3 tbs spoon/30g dark cacao powder - 160 kcal, 28,2g Carbohydrates, 6.93g protein, 6.51g Fat
  • 1 banana= around 120g  -114 kcal, 28.2g Carbohydrates 1.2g Protein, 0.4g Fat
  • 2 tbs = 40ml unsweetened-coconut milk - 8 kcal 1.08g carbohydrates, 0.4g Protein, 0.36g Fat 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon - 12.2 kcal, 0.2g Carbohydrates, 0.2g Protein, 0.1g Fat
  • 60g Hazelnuts - 399 kcal, 3.6g Carbohydrates, 8.4g Protein, 37.8g Fat
  • 1 tsp Manuka honey (+10)  - 15.2kcal, 4g Carbohydrates, 0.03g Protein, 0g Fat
  • 5g chia seeds - 22.20 kcal, 0.25g of Carbohydrates, 1.06g protein, 1.57g Fat
  • 100g =9 Fresh Strawberries - 58 kcal, 9.4g Carbohydrates, 1.2g Protein, 0.7g Fat

Method:

  1. Blend avocado, cacao, banana, hazelnuts, honey, cinnamon, coconut milk and chia seeds in a blender until smooth.

  1. Divide between 4 small serving glasses
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 1-2 hours
  3. Before serving, top with fresh chopped strawberries

3 x strawberries for each serving glasses


Avocado Coconut Banana Cacao pudding with sweet fresh raspberries and chopped pistachio! !! Avocado provides potassium, folic acid, fibre and Vitamin A, C, B1, B2 and B3 + lovely Raspberries mmmm vitamin C and delicious flavour :) 

Ingredients:

  • 1 big Avocado (100g) - 160 kcal, 8.53g carbohydrates, 2g Protein, 14.66g Fat
  • 3 tbspn/30g dark cacao powder  - 160 kcal, 3.15g Carbohydrates, 6.93g protein, 6.51g Fat
  • 1/2 bannana=70g - 63 kcal, 16.45g Carbohydrates 0.38g Protein, 0.21g Fat
  • 2 tbs = 40ml coconut milk (Alpro)  - 8 kcal, 1.08g Carbohydrates, 04g Protein, 0.36g Fat
  • 30g Fresh Raspberries - 40 kcal, 1.50g Carbohydrates, 0.36g protein, 0.08g Fat
  • 5g Chopped Pistachios - 29.45kcl, 25g Carbohydrates, 1.03g protein,  2.43g Fat

Method:

  1. Blend avocado, cacao, and banana in a blender until smooth.
  2. Divide between 2 small serving glasses
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 1-2 hours.
  4. Before serving, whisk raspberries with agave nectar and top with chopped pistachios.

  • 1/2 Avocado 50g  - 80 kcal, 4.26g Carbohydrates, 1g Protein, 7.33 Fat
  • 3 tbspn/30g dark cacao powder - 160 kcal, 28,2g Carbohydrates, 6.93g Protein, 6.51g Fat
  • 2 bannana= around 240g - 228 kcal, 56.4g Carbohydrates 2.4g Protein, 0.8g Fat
  • 2 tbs = 40ml unsweetened-coconut milk - 8 kcal, 1.08g Carbohydrates, 0.4g Protein, 0.36g Fat
  • 10g chopped Hazelnuts - 65 kcal, 3.6g Carbohydrates, 8.4g Protein, 37.8g Fat
  • 2 tbs = 30g of 100% hazelnut butter - 188 kcal, 0.6g Carbohydrates, 1.6g Protein, 6.0g Fat
  • 200g fresh blueberries - 188 kcal, 0.6g Carbohydrates, 1.6g Protein, 6.0g Fat

Method:

  1. Blend avocado, cacao, almond butter, milk and banana together in a blender until smooth
  2. Divide between 4 small serving glasses
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 1-2 hours.
  4. Before serving, add fresh blueberries (50g each glass) and chopped Hazelnuts on top.
  5. Enjoy!

I always try to be grateful that I can prepare delicious and healthy food for myself and others. Food that has been supplemented and eaten with care tastes much better:)
