Full of vitamins and nutrients as vitamin B-complex, vitamin C, K, B-carotten and minerals: Iron, Magnesium, Potassium.
Kiwi-Ginger-Spinach power
ingredients:
- 1or 2 fresh kiwi
- 15g fresh ginger
- 30g fresh spinach / or 20g fresh kale
- fresh juice from half lime
- 20g fresh green parsley
- 4 leaves of fresh mint
- 1 teaspoon of Moringa powder
- 1 glass of water
- Blend all 🙂 and enjoy!

- a full hand of green parsley
- a full hand of kale
- 1 pear
- 1/2 red grapefruit
- 4 strawberries
- 2 teaspoon of baobab powder
