Avoid using cosmetics which contains perfumes, parabens, SLS or other inorganic ingredients. Pop in to your kitchen and create your own homemade beauty treats :
- Legs Scrub:
4 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon avocado
2 teaspoon Himalayan salt
1 tablespoon fresh grapefruit juice
2) Foot scrub:
2 tablespoon coconut oil
2 teaspoon coffee grounds with cardamon
1 teaspoon cynamon
With Lipoedema, swelling may stretch the skin, causing pain, and damaging the nerves. Pain and touch sensitivity typically decreases with compression and careful pump treatment.
Warm bath with Magnesium flakes can relax your muscle, treat skin conditions and replace the body’s levels of magnesium. This mineral plays a critical role in brain function and mood (low levels are linked to an increased risk of depression).
The cherry on the top of the cake would be applying organic sweet almond oil after your relaxing bathing. Sweet almond oil is light in texture, and can easily penetrate deep into the skin. Full of vitamin A and E – an extremely powerful antioxidant- keeps your skin cells healthy
