Ingredients for 4 small portions:

  • 1 big Avocado 100g 160 kcal, 8.53g of carbohydrates, 2g of Protein, 14.66g of Fat
  • 3 tbs spoon/30g dark cacao powder 160 kcal, 28,2g of Carbohydrates, 6.93g of protein, 6.51g of Fat
  • 1 bannana= around 120g  114 kcal, 28.2g of Carbohydrates 1.2g of Protein, 0.4g of Fat
  • 2 tbs = 40ml unsweetened-coconut milk 8 kcal,  1.08g of carbohydrates, 0.4g of Protein,  0.36g of Fat
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 12.2 kcal, 0.2g of Carbohydrates, 0.2g of Protein, 0.1g of Fat
