Ave Avocado Pudding in 3 lovely ways #yummy

AVOCADO *BANANA* COCONUT* CACAOPUDDIN

… with Hazelnut, Manuka Honey, chia seeds and fresh Strawberries. A high amount of vitamin E in addition to B complex vitamins, Magnesium and Iron.

Ingredients for 4 small portions:

  • 1 big Avocado 100g 160 kcal, 8.53g of carbohydrates, 2g of Protein, 14.66g of Fat
  • 3 tbs spoon/30g dark cacao powder 160 kcal, 28,2g of Carbohydrates, 6.93g of protein, 6.51g of Fat
  • 1 bannana= around 120g  114 kcal, 28.2g of Carbohydrates 1.2g of Protein, 0.4g of Fat
  • 2 tbs = 40ml unsweetened-coconut milk 8 kcal,  1.08g of carbohydrates, 0.4g of Protein,  0.36g of Fat
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 12.2 kcal, 0.2g of Carbohydrates, 0.2g of Protein, 0.1g of Fat
  • 60g Hazelnuts   399 kcal, 3.6g of Carbohydrates, 8.4g of Protein, 37.8g of Fat
  • 1 tsp Manuka honey (+10) 15.2kcal, 4g of Carbohydrates, 0.03g of Protein, 0g of Fat
  • 5g chia seeds    22.20 kcal,    0.25g of Carbohydrates, 1.06g of protein, 1.57g of Fat
  • 100g =9 Fresh Strawberries   58 kcal, 9.4g of Carbohydrates, 1.2g of Protein, 0.7g of Fat

Blend avocado, cacao, banana, hazelnuts, honey, cinnamon, coconut milk and chia seeds together in a blender until smooth.


Divide between 4 small serving glasses, cover with plastic wrap and chill for 1-2 hours.

Before serving,  top with fresh chopped  Strawberries ( 3 x strawberries for each serving glasses)

  • 1/2 bannana=70g 63 kcal, 16.45g of Carbohydrates 0.38g of Protein, 0.21g of Fat
  • 2 tbs = 40ml coconut milk (Alpro) 8 kcal,  1.08g of Carbohydrates, 04g of Protein,  0.36g of Fat
  • 30g Fresh Raspberries  40 kcal, 1.50g of Carbohydrates, 0.36g of protein, 0.08g of Fat
  • 5g Chopped Pistachios 29.45kcl, 25g of Carbohydrates,  1.03g of protein, 2.43g of Fat

Blend avocado, cacao, banana together in a blender until smooth.

Divide between 2 small serving glasses, cover with plastic wrap and chill for 1-2 hours.

Before serving, whisk raspberries with agave nectar and top with chopped pistachios.

  • 3 tbs spoon/30g dark cacao powder 160 kcal, 28,2g of Carbohydrates, 6.93g of Protein, 6.51g of Fat
  • 2 bannana= around 240g   228 kcal, 56.4g of Carbohydrates 2.4g of Protein, 0.8g of Fat
  • 2 tbs = 40ml unsweetened-coconut milk  8 kcal,  1.08g of Carbohydrates, 0.4g of Protein,  0.36g of Fat
  • 10g chopped Hazelnuts   65 kcal, 3.6g of Carbohydrates , 8.4g of Protein, 37.8g of Fat
  • 2 tbs = 30g of 100% hazelnut butter  188 kcal, 0.6g of Carbohydrates , 1.6g of Protein, 6.0g of Fat
  • 200g fresh blueberries  188 kcal, 0.6g of Carbohydrates , 1.6g of Protein, 6.0g of Fat

Method:

Blend avocado, cacao, almond butter, milk and banana together in a blender until smooth.

Divide between 4 small serving glasses, cover with plastic wrap and chill for 1-2 hours.

Before serving, add fresh blueberries (50g each glass) and chopped Hazelnuts on the top.
