Why not have a green smoothie for breakfast?

Everyone has their own recipe for a powerful morning boost drink of sorts - this is mine. It has no veggies or ice, served smooth and warm.

It is full of vitamins and nutrients such as vitamin B-complex, vitamin C, K, B-carotene as well as minerals like Iron, Magnesium, and Potassium.

Kiwi-Ginger-Spinach power

Ingredients:

  • 1 or 2 fresh kiwi
  • 15g fresh ginger
  • 30g fresh spinach / or 20g fresh kale
  • fresh juice from half lime
  • 20g fresh green parsley
  • 4 leaves of fresh mint
  • 1 teaspoon of Moringa powder
  • 1  glass of water

Blend all :) and enjoy!

Kiwi-Grapefruit-Baobab power

Ingredients:

  • 1 kiwi
  • a handful of green parsley
  • a handful of kale
  • 1 pear
  • 1/2 red grapefruit
  • 4 strawberries
  • 2 teaspoons of baobab powder
  • 1/2 glass of water

Blend all :) and enjoy!

Pineapple-Spinach-Lemon power

Ingredients:

  • 40g chopped fresh pineapple
  • a handful of spinach
  • juice from lemon
  • 1 pear
  • 1/2 glass of water

Blend all :) and enjoy!

Remember, we should enjoy the food that we eat. it should look, smell and taste good.
